Under the motto neoclassicism in Ríos Rosas, at Darya Homes we have carried out the Santa Engracia 129 project, which consists of the complete rehabilitation of a classic-style building with polished finishes down to the smallest detail and first-rate amenities</strong >. In total, 21 flats in Santa Engracia (Madrid), with two and three bedrooms, starting at 104 square metres.
We are facing a property with a classic facade located at the confluence of Ríos Rosas and Santa Engracia streets, to which, in addition, we must add prime amenities such as a rooftop pool with several chill-out areas, a gym, a coworking room and storage rooms. The first three are for community use for all the residents, while the storage rooms are associated with certain homes.
In addition to the façade, the stairway, balustrade and immaculate white marble portal have been maintained with their traditional aesthetics.
The interior of the residences has preserved the classic structure but adapted to current market trends, incorporating modern and avant-garde elements to optimize the experience of the owners. The halls with balconies with large windows that overlook the main streets have respected the exterior neoclassical style, while the interior is designed to guarantee maximum comfort thanks, among other things, to the access of a large amount of natural light.
